Best Nori (Nantong) Co., Ltd. is a professional nori processing manufacturer based in Jiangsu, China. We maintain Class 100,000 clean workshops and hold ISO22000, HACCP and BRC etc certifications. Our core products include roasted nori, onigiri nori and temaki nori.
We own 1,200 hectares of ecological nori farms at 32°N latitude, with a complete industry chain from seed breeding to deep processing. Equipped with domestic production facilities, our efficient supply network covers more than 30 provinces in China, alongside over 20 countries and regions around the world.
Nori Production Process
Each process passes through steps of absolute precision, from the misty purification to the final weight verification.
The Purification
Staff pass through the automatic air shower at the entry point. High-speed filtered air blows away fine dust, ensuring a fully clean and sterile workspace before production starts.
The Isolation
Carefully unboxing the raw materials at the dedicated transition window, where external packaging is strictly stripped away to seal out the chaotic dust of the outer world.
The Auxiliary Storage
We operate an independent auxiliary materials warehouse. Packaging materials and production supplies are stored separately with strict inventory management, avoiding dampness, contamination and cross-mixing.
The Precision
Automated pressure rollers align and transport fragile roasted nori. Our precisely synced machinery avoids human touch, keeping each sheet complete and undamaged.
The Inspection
Packaged roasted nori passes through the metal detector on the production line. The machine screens for tiny metal fragments. Any non-compliant products will be automatically rejected.
The Weighing
Sealed cartons of finished nori are placed onto precision weighing scales. Staff verify the gross weight of each case. This weight check ensures every shipment meets the specified quantity before leaving the factory.
